37m Sailing Yacht

Abeam Crew are recruiting for a first mate and solo stewardess for a 37m Sailing yacht. A single season private yacht cruising in the Med this summer with potential of going further afield. The vessel runs with 5 crew full time but brings in a deck/stew in high season.
First Mate
This position requires a strong sailor with in boom furling experience with a minium qualification of Yacht Master offshore.
The ideal candidate will have some engineering experience to assist when needed in this department. This position will give the opportunity for lots of drive time.

• Salary: DOE in line with industry standards.
• Qualifications: YM Offshore and AEC1

Solo Stewardess
This position requires someone with good experience working on the interior, is well organised and can work sololy keeping the interior at a high standard. This programme is relatively relaxed but still have high standards. Family style service, ideally someone with previous experience on sailing yachts preferred.
