A 45m private performance cruising sailing yacht is looking for a Deckhand. This is a position for a experienced deckhand who is focused on a career in the industry and comes from a sailing background.
A willingness to learn and interest in career development is important for this role, due to the size of the yacht, they are looking for a team player, someone who is willing to help where it is needed. The Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take pride in their work, and have a good sense of adventure. It is essential for this yacht that the candidate is happy to work independently and does not need hand-holding.
This crew is very much a family vibe, they socialise and look after each other both on and off board. They want someone to commit to their world cruising programme, happy to be off the beaten track and spend a lot of time with the crew. Interests in additional water sports like kite surfing, wakeboarding and dinghy sailing are very welcome in this active crew.
Requirements:
• Yacht Master Offshore Min
• Eng 1 and STCW in Date
• B1/B2 would be preferred
• EU/Schengen Passport

• Salary & Leave: Salary DOE Leave 4 months off per Year
